Pascal Jolivet - Pinot Noir

Maceration in destemmed harvest by pumping over. This vinification favors the subtlety of the Pinot Noir and not its concentration. Aging in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats for 7 months, the absence of aging in wood develops gourmet and fruity aromas.

Chorey-les-Beaune - Joseph Drouhin

Very close to Beaune, as the name indicates. This is a small appellation around the tiny village of Chorey, at the foot of the hill of Corton. "A very pleasant wine. Bright, clear red colour. Aromas are surprising in their intensity and fruit. On the palate, a tender, supple, graceful, round body. Very flavourful in the aftertaste, with a hint of blackberry jam. When the wine gets older, wild blackberry is the dominant aroma. After 3 or 5 years, the wine takes on a distinctive smell of truffle and undergrowth evolving towards notes of venison".

Prunotto Bansella Nizza - Prunotto

A tough, non-fussy grape, Barbera has been known to be flexible in its acclimation to different regions. It is typically a deep ruby color with low tannin and bracing, high acidity.

Barbaresco Riserva - Batasiolo

The taste of the wine is dry, full, strong, addictive, with soft tannins, pleasant fresh acidity, balsamic and floral notes in a long aftertaste.
