Ripe fruit with a perfect balance of acidity, supple roundness on the palate and a hint of new oak. It exhibits a dense, bright cherry color. Appealing, big and spicy nose. Outstanding aromatic cherry and red fruit, mineral smoke and subtle oak notes. On the palace it reveals fleshy fruit, silky tannins, and subtle, spicy oak. Beautiful texture and balance.
Primer Rosé is the newest jewel of the centenary winery Marqués de Murrieta. It was born in 2015 after several years of research and it is the only rosé wine made in Spain entirely with Marzullo grapes. Behind its exclusive packaging and delicate color, we discover a rosé wine with a great personality, finesse, freshness and elegance. It shows an aging potential. Recognized by international critics, it is positioned on the podium of the most prestigious rosés.
The bucolic atmosphere of Pazo de Barrantes and its 12 hectares estate is reflected in the development of the grape enriching it with different essences. From these grapes, we obtain an albariño with a unique personality and a strong varietal character. Pazo Barrantes shows excellent aging potential.

The taste of the wine is dry, linear, dense, intense, very beautiful, with excellent tones of lemon curd, apple, fresh lemon, creamy caramel. The finish is fresh, extremely long and aromatic.
Dark red cherry in color. Complex and powerful nose. Perfume of dark red fruit, floral notes, cigar box and truffle. It shows a beautiful bouquet, remarkable intensity of fruit and impeccable balance.
The 2015 vintage is a blend of 80% Tempranillo, 9% Graciano, 9% Mazuelo, 2% Grenache this is a real nugget.
A selection of the best fruit available from the old vines 9-hectare (22-acre) Canajas vineyard, located at 465 meters above sea level, within our 300-hectare Ygay Estate, in Rioja Alta. Its soil is mainly iron-clay, with a stony topsoil, wich favours an optimal ripening. We select bunches with small berries, in order to limit production up to 1 kilogram per vine.
