Rapaura Springs
Proud to be owned and operated by two Kiwi families – the Neylons and the Wiffins – our connection to Marlborough runs deep.
In the early eighties, the Neylons were the first family to grow, process and export green lipped mussels. Then in 1985, they bought prime vineyard land and joined forces with the Wiffins to grow orchard fruits before establishing a grapevine nursery.
Since then, we’ve put in years of hard graft and given all we’ve got to build our vineyards from the ground up.

The fruit flavour is balanced with crisp acidity and a distinct salty minerality, which combine to create a mouth-watering finish.

Our label and our name represent our intimate connection to the pristine waters that collect high in the Southern Alps and are gradually filtered beneath the region’s braided rivers, refreshing the deep underground aquifers that feed our vines, and bubble up in our own Rapaura Springs. The purity of our springs influences how we craft our wine and tend our vineyards.
