Lenz & Markus have lived and breathed Gruener for their entire life. When they decided to start this exciting new project ( NEW CHAPTER ), they went on the Mission to enhance this Austrian treasure in order to make it even more delicate for the international wine lover. And, in order to focus 100% on their goal, they decided to go it all with one wine, NEW CHAPTER. So, the super focus is the absolute strategy in order to make sure everything these two winemakers have in them is to emerge from this new wine. It is like the French with their chateau wines – one wine is the fate of each chateau. This is why both men have worked immensely hard to create a wine that will excite and surprise international wine lovers.

The grapes are sorted upon receipt at the winery, where the team work by gravity in order to be as respectful as possible of the natural cycle of vinification. Pascal lightly presses the grapes and only keep the first part of the juice – the purest, most precise and full of flavour.
