Lenz & Markus have lived and breathed Gruener for their entire life. When they decided to start this exciting new project ( NEW CHAPTER ), they went on the Mission to enhance this Austrian treasure in order to make it even more delicate for the international wine lover. And, in order to focus 100% on their goal, they decided to go it all with one wine, NEW CHAPTER. So, the super focus is the absolute strategy in order to make sure everything these two winemakers have in them is to emerge from this new wine. It is like the French with their chateau wines – one wine is the fate of each chateau. This is why both men have worked immensely hard to create a wine that will excite and surprise international wine lovers.

Bell’Assai, with a ruby red color with violet reflections, radiates intense floral notes of freesia and lavender followed by fruity aromas of strawberry and cherry. On the palate, it is fresh and fragrant with soft tannin and a pleasant return of fruity notes.

Lighea has a bright straw yellow color with greenish hues. The nose offers a rich and fragrant bouquet where the classic notes of orange blossom are combined with citrus hints (cedar and bergamot) and exotic fruit (lychee). On the palate, the fruity and floral notes resurface accompanied by a marked freshness, with good persistence and a pleasant mineral finish.

Sul Vulcano, pale ruby red, offers an elegant bouquet with notes of red fruits (raspberries and cherries) along with hints of fresh balsamic mint and delicate spicy nuances of white pepper. The palate is fresh and with a good structure, full of silky tannins and with a balanced and persistent finish.
